Give yourself a little extra time to look around the next time you're downtown.  Nearly two dozen façade improvement projects are completed, underway or scheduled to begin.  Congratulations to all of the property owners who are contributing to the revitalization of Cudahy's historic business district!

We're hosting our first ever City-Wide Open House on Saturday, September 25th.  The event will give potential home-buyers an opportunity to tour dozens of single-family and two-family properties within a short period of time.  They can also meet with bankers to pre-qualify for home loans and learn about the assets that contribute to Cudahy's great quality of life.

Independent restaurants out-number chains in Cudahy by three to one. Eat in South Shore, a marketing effort to promote the South Shore as a unique dining destination with a wide variety of great restaurants, is expected to kick off around the holidays.  Cudahy, South Milwaukee and St. Francis have teamed up with Good Local Eating, a venture of the Milwaukee-area marketing firm Savage Solutions, LLC.  Watch for Eat in South Shore messages on television, radio, billboards and the web.
