It had been closed while owner Dennis Adamczyk recovered from back surgery. The family meat market, which has sold fresh Polish, Italian and Hungarian sausages, brats and other homemade meats since 1925, is open on Fridays and Saturdays. Dennis' father, Eddie Adamczyk, died in March, 2010 of complications from pneumonia.
